By using the Pressed Media Works content management application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a content management and scheduling tool used to manage social media content across platforms including TikTok. The App provides multi-account management, content scheduling, and performance analytics.
3. User Accounts
The App accesses third-party platforms (including TikTok) on behalf of authorized users only. Users must have valid accounts on any connected platforms and must comply with those platforms' terms of service.
4. Content
Users are solely responsible for all content published through the App. Content must comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of all connected platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created and published through the App remains the intellectual property of the user who created it.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pressed Media Works is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
